I want to start by saying both Brian and John were great to work with. Brian had all of our financial documents ready to go and made the purchasing process quick and easy. John was always available and able to answer all of our questions or knew who to ask to ensure we had an answer. Just a couple areas of concern as it pertains to customer service. One is that we purchased a $23,000 side by side and upon arrival home saw it had little to no gas in the tank. To be exact 1 out of 10 bars. The price of this unit is similar to that of a car and in my experience of purchasing vehicles, they usually leave the lot with a full tank of gas. We were also only provided one key and when I called to inquire, I was informed that it would be under $20 and I could get this from any Honda Dealership. These two details left us feeling less appreciated and as if the customer service has ended following the completion of the sale.
