Doug was great, answered or found an answer for any question we had. Alissa was the star though, after a week of email, and even know she had pre-existing appointments for financing she was able to fit me in between scheduled appointments on a very busy afternoon. Every department I dealt with was phenomenal they were there to answer any questions I had and left me alone when I said I was just looking. I also just want to add that even the photographer goes above and beyond the scratches on my used bike that they highlighted looks horrible in the pictures but it's something you hardly notice when you're looking at the bike.
